The Sparks Petroleum Services came into existence in April 2009 as a training institute. The company was renamed Sparks Training Institute (STI) in 2016. Sparks Training Institute LLC (STI) is a training institute for the drilling and well services industry, founded by industry professionals passionate about improving performance.
Since our launch in 2009, we have developed and delivered innovative training solutions and have been industry pioneers in introducing Scenario based Well Control training incorporating Human Factors. The STI is delivering well control and stuck pipe courses approved by IWCF and IADC.
